Trinity Capital Acquires Two Industrial Buildings in Research Triangle Park

Trinity Capital has purchased two industrial buildings in the Triangle. 2910 and 2710 Weck Drive are located in the highly desirable Research Triangle Park submarket of the Raleigh-Durham market. Both buildings are currently 100% occupied.

2710 Weck Drive is 108,000 SF warehouse building currently leased to GEEP Corporation. 2910 Weck Drive is 169,025 SF warehouse building leased to North State Logistics.

“These buildings are in a top-notch location,” noted Jeff Sheehan, partner with Trinity Capital. “They might need some TLC, but we see opportunities with these properties, and are looking to acquire additional similar buildings across the region.”
