Trinity Capital Advisors, in partnership with Iconic Equities, is developing two Class A industrial buildings totaling 780,000 square feet on 115 acres located at 239 Jedburg Road in Summerville, South Carolina. The new project is Trinity Capital’s second industrial speculative development in the region, bringing their local anticipated square footage to 1.6 million square feet. Trinity Capital will begin development of the 621,000 square foot cross-dock building and 158,000 square foot rear-load building this summer. The buildings, which are located immediately off I-26, are slated for completion in Spring 2023. Leasing efforts for the new buildings will be led by JLL’s Lee Allen and Kevin Coats.
