Trinity Capital Advisors, in partnership with Clarion Partners, LLC, is currently developing Edgewood85 Commerce Park, consisting of four Class A industrial buildings totaling one million square feet located on 120 acres along Edgewood Road in Bessemer City, NC. The buildings range in size from 135,000 to 395,000 square feet with both cross-dock and rear-load configurations. Development is set to begin spring 2022 on the first two buildings (395,000 square feet and 223,000 square feet, respectively).
