Trinity Capital is pleased to announce the hiring of Wells Patrick as Senior Vice President. In this role, Patrick will support Trinity Capital’s investment team through the acquisition and disposition process, as well as development opportunities across the firm’s portfolio.

Patrick’s primary responsibilities will include underwriting and deal execution. He will help lead the execution of the firm’s investment activities across a variety of projects, including acquisitions, structuring, business plan implementation, and oversight of Trinity Capital’s underwriting and due diligence processes.

Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Patrick served as a Vice President at Prospect Ridge in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he held roles as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate at Blackstone and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies.

A Charlotte native, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
