Walker Collier Joins Trinity Capital as Managing Director

Charlotte, NC – March 15, 2008 – Trinity Partners announced today that Walker Collier was recently appointed to the position of Managing Director for the firm. Mr. Collier will assist the firm in sourcing both acquisitions and development opportunities for Trinity Capital’s series of real estate investment funds.

Mr. Collier is a 10 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Collier held a senior acquisition role at Bay North Capital, a real estate private equity fund located in Boston, and before Bay North, he worked with Charlotte based Faison & Associates. His investment experience includes both acquisitions and development, and spans a variety of property types across the country including office, industrial, retail, residential, hotels, and land. He has participated in investments totaling over $1.1 billion in total capitalization.

Mr. Collier graduated from Kenan Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, and has a MS in Real Estate Development from MIT. He was a Founder of Beads for Needs, a non-profit organization raising money for children’s charities in Charlotte, and he is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, and ICSC.
