June 24, 2025: Charlotte, NC – Trinity Capital is pleased to announce Harbor Logistics has leased a full building in Jedburg Logstics Park. The long-term lease totaled 621,000 square feet and brings the two-building park to 100% occupancy. JLL’s Kevin Coats represented Trinity Capital. Trinity Capital developed the park in partnership with Iconic Equities.
