Trinity Capital Announces 35,000 SF in Three New Leases at the Linville Building
Charlotte, NC – January 21, 2011 Trinity Partners announced today that it has signed leases with three new tenants at The Linville Building, bringing the occupancy level up to 70%.
• Positec USA, Incorporated has leased 24,678 SF
• Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) has leased 5,258 SF
• Sara Lee Corporation has leased 5,293 SF
Positec and RSPA both selected the Linville Building to serve as their North American and Corporate Headquarters’ respectively. Positec manufactures electronic, battery powered outdoor power tools designed to be easier for consumer use and better for the environment. RSPA is a trade organization whose members provide retail technology solutions to the marketplace. Sara Lee’s new space will serve as a regional sales office for the company, and will provide them with a strategic location to better serve their major clients in the area.
Chase Monroe of Keystone Partners represented Positec, Charlie Baker of Chatham Properties represented RSPA, Brent Royall of Colliers International and Chris Schaaf of Keystone Partners represented Sara Lee. Charles Jonas and John Ball of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in all three transactions.
Sherrie Chaffin and Tracy Haynie of Trinity Partners’ Project Management Division have been contracted to manage the design and construction of RSPA’s and Sara Lee’s new offices.
Perimeter Woods is a 760,000 square foot master planned mixed-use development located near the intersections of I-77, I-485, and Harris Boulevard. The first phase of the development is The Linville Building, which is a 125,000 square foot, five-story, Class A office building. Surrounding The Linville Building is 310,000 square feet of retail amenities within the park, and an additional 1.2MM square feet of retail within walking distance at NorthLake Mall.
