South Charlotte’s Toringdon Office Park has achieved significant leasing activity since the beginning of the year, leasing over 40,000 square feet in new leases and renewals. New tenants to the park include CorVel, Mott McDonald, TekniPlex, Star Marketing and Administration, United Healthcare Services, and Action Food Sales. Current tenants who renewed leases include Enviri (formerly Harsco), Regus, and Zitel Family Chiropractic.

Rhea Greene, Jennifer Kurz, and Chase Merkel with Trinity Partners are responsible for leasing Toringdon Office Park. The park totals 724,000 square feet of Class-A office space across seven buildings and is ideally situated directly off of I-485 at the gateway to Ballantyne. Toringdon benefits from major roadway and interstate improvements that provide excellent connectivity to the surrounding retail, restaurant, and residential developments.

“Toringdon continues to resonate with companies for many reasons,” said Kurz. “It offers a walkable, urban environment with unbeatable access, and the tenant mix creates a vibrant business community supported by our engaged property management team and Bloom programming.”

Toringdon features Bloom, a tenant and building experience program that aims to engage tenants through unique programming and events. Each month, tenants of a Bloom property are sent a detailed schedule of the activities and other onsite happenings they can expect, such as food / coffee trucks, blood drives, fitness classes and more.

“We recognize the value in delivering an enhanced, bespoke tenant experience and appreciate what Bloom offers our tenants,” said Walker Collier, Managing Partner, Trinity Capital. “Tenants have really responded to the programming and it becomes another plus for the leasing team as companies look for a compelling office environment that encourages a return to the office.”

In addition to Bloom, Toringdon features a fitness center and conference / training center. The park is currently wrapping up a new exterior signage program within the park. Notable tenants include Hearst, AAA, Global Payments / Heartland, ADP, Leidos, and Venture X. Trinity Capital owns Toringdon Office Park in a joint venture with AIG.
