Development continues to progress at I-40 Exchange, Trinity Capital Advisors’ two-phase industrial park in Garner, North Carolina, developed in joint venture with Barings. Once complete, the project will total 715,600 square feet of Class-A industrial space across four buildings.

Phase 1 is now more than halfway through development and includes two buildings totaling 336,100 square feet. At Building A, tilt-wall panel erection is complete, and steel erection is underway. At Building B, panel preparation, forming, and pouring are progressing as the team prepares for tilt-wall panel erection at the end of the month.

Sitework is also advancing, with fine grading of the entry road underway, the water tie-in complete, and water line installation progressing.

Located with direct access to two I-40 interchanges at Cleveland Road and NC-42, I-40 Exchange is designed to efficiently serve the greater Raleigh-Durham market. The park will feature 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, ample auto parking, and dedicated trailer parking.

Al Williams, Justin Booth, and Austin Jackson of JLL are handling leasing on behalf of ownership. Choate Construction is the general contractor, DMA Architecture is the architect, and Bolton & Menk is the civil engineer.
