Trinity Capital Announces an Addition and Renewals at Perimeter Woods Business Park

CHARLOTTE, NC – March 21, 2011 – Trinity Partners announces the addition of a new tenant at Perimeter Woods Business Park, as well as the expansion of an existing tenant and the renewal of three others.

The Accurate Group has signed a new lease for 11,882 square feet in the 9013 Building. The Accurate Group provides national real estate transaction services to the financial services industry with a focus on title insurance and searches, loan processing, appraisal and valuation services, and loan due diligence services. Mark Herpel of CB Richard Ellis represented Accurate in lease negotiations.

Also, in the 9009 Building, Positec has made a decision to relocate its existing warehouse operations to 24,605 square feet at 9006 Perimeter Woods Drive. Positec, a global leader in power tools and outdoor power equipment, has enjoyed strong growth in the United States and international markets for more than thirteen years producing private label power tools, and is now actively expanding brand awareness and distribution throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico for their signature brands: Rockwell™, Worx™ and Worx™ Outdoor. Chase Monroe of Keystone Partners represented Positec.

Several other existing tenants have either extended or renewed their leases at Perimeter Woods, including The American Red Cross, who recently extended its lease term commitment for an existing 44,687 square foot call center facility in the 9013 Building. KONE Elevator (5,983 sf) and Champion Window (12,705 sf) have also renewed their leases at the park.
