Trinity Capital Announces 337,000 SF Lease at the Trintiy Commerce Center in Simpsonville, SC

Simpsonville, SC – July 2, 2010 – Trinity Capital announced today that it has signed a 337,000 SF lease with Sunland Distribution in the Trinity Commerce Center in Simpsonville, SC.

Trinity Commerce Center is a 610,000 SF distribution facility located near the intersection of highways 276 and 385, south of Greenville, SC. This new lease brings Trinity Commerce Center to 100% leased and occupied.

The building is leased and managed by NAI Earle Furman Company of Greenville. Ford Borders and Grice Hunt represented the Landlord in lease negotiations, and Greg Huff of Joyner Commercial represented Sunland.
