Trinity Capital Advisors Delivers Four Industrial Projects Spanning from Charlotte to Raleigh

Charlotte, NCOctober 4, 2023 – Trinity Capital Advisors (“Trinity Capital”) announced that it has recently completed construction on four industrial developments throughout North Carolina. The developments comprise six new buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet across Huntersville, Gastonia, and Durham.

Alexander Commerce Park

441,280 SF across three buildings in Durham.

All three buildings were fully leased upon completion.

Interchange Logistics Park

225,000 SF building in Huntersville.

The building was fully leased upon completion.

147 Exchange

237,370 SF building in Durham.  

The building was sixty-five percent leased upon completion.

Delta Industrial Park

876,587 SF building in Gastonia.

The building is available for lease.

Trinity Capital is currently developing several industrial projects across the Carolinas, including but not limited to  85 Exchange, a seven-building, 1.3 million SF industrial park in Kannapolis, NC, and Regional Crossroads Park, a 500-acre industrial / life science development with a range of building options from 100,000 SF to 1 million SF. Additionally, the firm continues development of the region’s largest life science bio-manufacturing and lab campus, Spark LS, in Morrisville, NC. The $1 billion, 1.5 million SF park will be complete in winter 2024.
