Thomas Ragsdale joins Trinity Capital as Project Manager

Raleigh, NC – Trinity Capital is pleased to announce the newest addition to their team. Thomas Ragsdale has joined the commercial real estate development firm as Project Manager.

Thomas brings 15 years of development experience to Trinity Capital, most recently working as Project Manager for DCI with a focus on office, industrial, and healthcare clients. He is a member of the NAIOP, Architecture Construction Engineering Mentor Program of America (ACE), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.

In his new role, Ragsdale will oversee the firm’s execution of development projects through the design, construction, and occupancy phases.
