Travis Caldwell
Travis recently joined Trinity Capital as Senior Development Manager. He's responsible for entitlement and construction of life science and industrial developments across the Carolinas. Travis assists in site evaluation and selection, and manages a team of consultants to deliver due diligence information to assist with project evaluation. Prior to Trinity Capital, Travis worked for Lidl US for six years, most recently serving as the Director of Real Estate, Construction/Acquisition, managing the retailer's expansion across the Carolinas. He earned a bachelor of science in Building Construction with a minor in Real Estate from Virginia Tech.
