Scott Altick is Managing Partner at Foundation, a Trinity Capital portfolio company. A life science real estate specialist with over 15 years in the industry, he has structured and negotiated over seven million square feet of lab, office and R&D lease transactions representing over $4 billion in consideration. As one of Foundation’s Managing Partners, Scott works closely with co-managing partner, Denis Sullivan, to identify new investment and development opportunities. Prior to Foundation, Scott was the San Francisco Market Lead for BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he managed a four million SF portfolio and was responsible for market strategy, broker relationships, leasing while targeting opportunities for portfolio growth. Scott has extensive experience transacting with some of the industry’s leading corporations, including Abbvie (500,000 square feet), Illumina (360,000 square feet), Theranos (300,000 square feet), Novartis (300,000 square feet), Lucid Motors (300,000 square feet), Zymergen (300,000 square feet), Logitech (265,000 square feet), Bristol Myers Squibb (255,000 square feet), Amgen (240,000 square feet), Life Technologies (204,000 square feet), Stanford Healthcare (200,000 square feet). Scott received his BA degree from the University of Arizona and was a letterman on the football team.
