Jeff Witek, a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, creates value for Trinity Capital’s clients by directing all facets of asset management for the firm, from acquisition through disposition. He has primary responsibility for the direction and implementation of due diligence, leasing, property management, construction management, investor relations, and investment sales for Trinity Capital’s office, industrial, and mixed-use portfolio. Before joining Trinity Capital in 2016, Jeff was executive vice president of asset enhancement for The Dilweg Companies. Prior to his work with Dilweg, he served as executive vice president of portfolio management for Allegiance Realty for 11 years, and spent seven years at Faison Enterprises in various roles, including asset manager.
