Hambright (Interchange Logistics Center) is a speculative development of an approximately 225,000 square foot Class A industrial warehouse on a 23-acre site. Trinity Capital began the development of Hambright in February 2022. Located at Hambright and Mt. Holly Huntersville Roads, the modern Class-A industrial building features tilt-wall concrete construction, 36’ clear heights, 54 9’ X 10’ dock doors, and exceptional highway access. Designed by Merriman Schmitt Architects, the building is being constructed by Edifice.
