Trinity Capital partnered with Charleston’s Durlach Associates on the new suburban office building at 4400 Leeds Avenue in the center of Charleston’s Faber Place office park. Amenities include abundant parking, on-site building engineer and day porter services, proximity to banking and dining options, state-of-the-art building management system, vibrant lobby, abundant natural light and exterior pocket park and walking paths. Trinity Capital sold Faber Plaza in 2018.
