In 2020, TCA acquired 316 W. Edenton St, a 26,000 SF office building situated on 1.05 acres in the heart of downtown Raleigh’s booming Glenwood South district. The building is entirely occupied by the State of NC’s Commissioner of Banks as well as an established law firm. The site is prime for redevelopment when the lease term of the existing tenancy expires and is fully entitled.
