Trinity Capital Advisors, in partnership with Iconic Equities, has developed two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 780,000 square feet on 115 acres located at 239 Jedburg Road in Summerville, South Carolina. The modern industrial development’s two buildings offer different specifications to appeal to a wide variety of industrial and manufacturing users. Building 1 features one 621,920 SF, cross-dock building with 36′ clear heights and 124 dock doors, while Building 2 is smaller in scale, totaling 158,340 SF with 32′ clear heights and 25 dock doors. The project is Trinity Capital’s second industrial speculative development in the region, bringing the local total of square footage developed to 1.6 million square feet. Leasing efforts for the new buildings are led by JLL’s Lee Allen, Kevin Coats, and Tyler Smith.
