Interchange Logistics Center was a speculative development of an approximately 225,000 square foot Class A industrial warehouse on a 23-acre site. Trinity Capital began the development in February 2022 and leased the full building to Orbus Holdings, operating as SEG Systems in February 2023, three months before the building delivered. Located at Hambright and Mt. Holly Huntersville Roads, the modern Class-A industrial building features tilt-wall concrete construction, 36’ clear heights, 54 9’ X 10’ dock doors, and exceptional highway access.
