Perimeter Park Welcomes Relias Learning; Begins Construction of Perimeter Six

Perimeter Park Office Park is pleased to welcome Relias Learning to its tenant roster. The new corporate headquarters will occupy 130,640 SF in Perimeter Six, a six-story, Class-A office building.

William Allen, Partner, Office Leasing at Trinity Partners, represented the landlord, SVT Ventures (a joint venture between Starwood Capital, Trinity Capital Advisors, and Vanderbilt Partners). Jason High and John Daly of CBRE represented Relias Learning.

Relias Learning provides online analytics, assessments, and learning for approximately 6,000 healthcare providers across the continuum of care, covering both physical and mental health needs, as well as public safety organizations.

Now under construction, Perimeter Six is the latest development for the 21-building Perimeter Park. Perimeter Five is currently under construction and will serve as the global headquarters for INC Research. The building totals 194,308 SF and will be ready for occupancy in late 2018 / early 2019, with a remaining 63,668 SF of available space, including the top floor and half of the first and fifth floors.

The Park has recently undergone several amenity improvements and expansions, including Food Truck Tuesdays, an onsite café serving breakfast, lunch, and Starbucks, and a new modern fitness center with locker rooms and showers. New amenities coming soon include additional outdoor greenspaces with bocce and a putting green, and a new, expanded onsite conference center amenity, free for tenant use.
