About Wells

Wells Patrick is a Senior Vice President at Trinity Capital Advisors, where he supports the firm’s investment team across acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities throughout Trinity Capital’s portfolio. His responsibilities include underwriting, deal execution, structuring, business plan implementation, and oversight of due diligence processes.

Prior to joining Trinity Capital Advisors, Wells was involved in the acquisition of more than $7.0 billion of new investments spanning industrial, office, multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use asset classes. Most recently, he served as a Vice President at Prospect Ridge in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he held real estate investment and advisory roles at Blackstone, where he worked as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, and Jefferies, where he began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst.

A Charlotte native, Wells earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
