About Jon

Jon Wilson recently joined Trinity Capital as Senior Vice President of Development to lead the firm’s full spectrum of development functions, including site analysis, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and building commissioning. Currently, he is focused on expanding the company’s industrial platform.

He joined Trinity Capital from Childress Klein, where he successfully led multiple teams in the development of industrial buildings and parks across the Southeast. His work included notable projects like Crosspoint, Camp Hall, and The Concourse.

With 28 years of experience in construction and development, Jon is known for his strategic planning and execution, which have made him instrumental in driving the growth of industrial portfolios. Jon earned his master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree in architectural engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
