North Charleston’s Faber Plaza Signs First Tenant: Sonepar North America

Charleston, South Carolina – Durlach Associates, Trinity Capital Advisors, and Palmetto Commercial Properties are pleased to announce Faber Plaza’s first tenant / client. Sonepar North America has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet, the entire top floor of the 125,000 square foot, five-story Class-A office building.

Currently under construction in North Charleston’s Faber Place submarket, Faber Plaza is a joint venture between Durlach Associates and Trinity Capital Advisors. It is the largest office building in Faber Place and the largest speculative office building built to date in this market. The slated completion date is April 2016.

Faber Plaza will serve as Sonepar North America’s headquarter location.
