Trinity Capital Advisors Sells Huntersville Industrial Development After Establishing 100 Percent Occupancy

Trinity Capital Advisors (“Trinity Capital”) completed the sale of Interchange Logistics to Clarion Partners, LLC. The 224,979 square-foot, Class-A industrial development was fully leased in January 2023 to Orbus Holdings, operating as SEG Systems, before the building completed construction.

Trinity Capital began development on Interchange Logistics in February 2022. Located at Hambright and Mt. Holly Huntersville Roads in Huntersville, Interchange Logistics offers tilt-wall concrete construction, 36’ clear ceiling heights, 54 dock doors, and exceptional highway access. The building was designed by Merriman Schmitt Architects and constructed by Edifice.

Trinity Capital is currently developing nearly nine million square feet of industrial space throughout the Southeast United States. The firm’s latest land acquisition and industrial development, 85 Exchange, is a Class-A development totaling 1.3 million square feet in Kannapolis, NC. Phase One, consisting of approximately 315,000 square feet, will be completed by the end of 2023.
