RTP’s Park Point Announces Amenity-Driven Partnership with Common Desk
Trinity Capital Advisors is excited to announce an important new phase of the development of Park Point, Research Triangle Park’s new 100-acre, creative-office and life-sciences campus: a partnership with experienced workplace amenities manager Common Desk.
Park Point has engaged Common Desk, a Dallas-based workday amenities and coworking provider, to program the emerging campus with a café and third wave coffee shop, full-service conferencing facilities, flexible workplaces, and a hospitality bar to welcome visitors and tenants. The campus will feature ample formal and informal meeting spaces and indoor and outdoor gathering places to create an interactive setting for exploring, thinking, creating, and innovating.
In addition to the hospitality-infused amenities programmed by Common Desk, Park Point will offer tenants a high-end fitness center, recreational programming, speaker series, food trucks, and other pop-up vendors.
What does this mean for tenants? A plethora of premium amenities—without the responsibility—helping employees perform at their best while leading healthier, happier lives.
“We know that top amenities are a key consideration when employers are looking for their next workspace,” said Jeff Sheehan, Partner at Trinity Capital Advisors. “This partnership with Common Desk will help ensure Park Point has the top-of-the-line amenities tenants are looking for, making this campus the unique life science and creative office environment that’s missing in the Triangle market.”
“Modern companies no longer view office real estate as an expense to be minimized, but rather a key tool in attracting, developing, and retaining talent,” said Nick Clark, founder and CEO of Common Desk. “We are thrilled to be working with such a forward-thinking owner in Trinity Capital Advisors to reintroduce Park Point to the Triangle market and set a new standard for amenitized, Class A office.”
