Jordan Quinn joins Trinity Capital to grow Industrial portfolio

Trinity Capital Advisors announced today that Jordan Quinn has joined the company as an Industrial Partner with a focus on growing its’ industrial platform. Mr. Quinn will be a key member of the industrial team responsible for identifying new development and acquisition opportunities, maximizing current industrial investments and raising the company’s profile nationally within the industrial sector.

Mr. Quinn comes to Trinity Capital from JLL where he was a longtime leader and recognized real estate expert across the country bringing an unmatched track record of experience across all facets of the industry. He served as Executive Managing Director leading the industrial platform across the Carolina’s and served on JLL’s US Industrial Council. His diverse experience includes tenant representation, agency leasing, portfolio management, global site selection, speculative development advisory and supply chain consulting.

Trinity Capital’s significant investment in the industrial market throughout the last eighteen
months has established it as a major industrial developer in the Southeast region. Currently,
the company has 25 industrial buildings, totaling more than 7 million square feet, under
construction and in predevelopment. In addition to Delta Industrial and Interchange Logistics
Center, Trinity Capital is in the process of developing Alexander Commerce Park, 147
Exchange and Eastgate in Raleigh-Durham, as well as TradePark East and Jedburg Tradeport in
Charleston.
