Charlotte, NC – October 8, 2008 – Trinity Partners announced today that it is celebrating the anniversary of its 10th year in business. Founded in 1998 with four employees, the company has grown to 35 employees located in three offices, and has six operating groups that serve clients located throughout the United States.

“When we founded our firm, the common thread of the principals was that we had all served corporate users and institutional owners throughout our careers”, says Peter Conway, Managing Partner. “Further, we shared a common vision that has been translated into our daily modus operandi. Trinity’s operating groups include office leasing, industrial leasing, property management, tenant representation, investment property sales, and construction management. Trinity’s leasing and management group represents over 6.0M square feet of institutional quality office and industrial assets, representing the Lionstone Group in leasing office buildings in South Park and Midtown, EastGroup’s 1.6M square foot Charlotte industrial portfolio, 440 South Church, a 365,000 square foot downtown office tower currently under construction, 

Woodland Business Park, a 940,000 square foot industrial park owned by TA Associates, Cambridge Corporate Center, a 450,000 square foot University area office building, Perimeter Woods, a mixed use park containing 125,000 SF of office and 310,000 SF of office/warehouse product, as well as many other notable Charlotte area office and industrial properties.
