Trinity Capital Advisors Announces Acquisition of 1001 Bond Street in Charlotte, North Carolina

Trinity Capital is pleased to announce their newest acquisition: 1001 Bond Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.

1001 Bond Street comprises two industrial buildings totaling 404,351 SF in the Northwest submarket of Charlotte. Both buildings are 100% occupied by Camber Ridge, a tire characterization research and development company that represents the first major advancement in tire characterization in over 50 years.

“Bond Street’s irreplaceable location, excellent condition, and stable occupancy make it an ideal addition to our growing industrial portfolio,” noted Jeff Sheehan, Partner at Trinity Capital Advisors. “The last-mile location and proximity to interstates and the center of the city is exactly what we look for, and we’ll continue to invest in similar industrial assets throughout the region.”

The buildings are ideally located just off of I-85, featuring direct access via NC Highway 16 to I-485, I-77, and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.

Trinity Capital purchased the asset in a joint-venture with SilverCap Partners, Trinity Capital’s second joint-venture partnership with the firm. Trinity Capital and SilverCap Partners also acquired Research Tri-Center North III and IV in Durham in July of 2016.

Trinity Capital currently owns close to one million SF of industrial product across the Carolinas, and is currently developing five single-tenant industrial buildings in southwest Charlotte’s Shopton Ridge Business Park.
