The Dilweg Companies and Trinity Capital Advisors recently closed a joint venture partnership to invest in The Capital Center Office Building located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Built in 1986, the Capital Center is a Class A, seven-story, 156,818 square foot office building located on 6.7 acres. The office building is prominently located off Jones Franklin Road in the desirable submarket of West Raleigh. With direct access to US-1/64 and being less than a mile from I-440 and I-40, the Capital Center offers easy commutes to Downtown Raleigh, Research Triangle Park and Cary. Occupancy at the Capital Center currently stands at 72.5%. The most significant tenants include the University of Phoenix, Ciber Inc., and Plexus, Inc.
