As co-founder of Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen has worked in the real estate industry since 1985. Prior to co-founding Trinity Partners and Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen worked for CB Richard Ellis for 13 years, where he focused on investment sales and industrial leasing for regional and national institutional owners and tenants. At Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen oversees the firm's industrial acquisition and development activities. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Allen is married with three children.

As co-founder of Trinity Capital, Mr. Chesson leads Trinity's efforts in raising both high net worth and institutional capital and oversees the firm's office acquisition and development activities. Prior to co-founding both firms, Mr. Chesson worked for Childress Klein Properties and has focused on leasing, development and tenant representation within the office segment of the industry for almost two decades. A frequent lecturer at his alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Chesson is married with three children.

At Trinity Capital, Mr. McKinley's responsibilities include acquisitions, underwriting, structuring, and due diligence related to the firm's investment activities. Previously, Mr. McKinley worked at Laureate Capital in Raleigh, assisting in the structuring and origination of financing facilities in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and office sectors. Mr. McKinley has also worked with Deloitte & Touche as a senior tax consultant, and he holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and Master's degrees in accounting and real estate development from UNC Charlotte and M.I.T. respectively.

Mr. Collier is a nine year veteran of the real estate industry. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Collier was an acquisitions officer for BayNorth Capital in Boston, where he invested institutional equity around the country in multiple product types, and an analyst at Faison & Associates in Charlotte earlier in his career. Mr. Collier received a Masters in Real Estate Development from M.I.T. and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
