Located at the gateway to downtown Durham, the assemblage of the Venable buildings and land is steps away from the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and American Tobacco Campus in a vibrant, walkable area close to Durham’s most popular restaurants. The joint-venture partnership has expanded Venable Center into a master-planned, urban mixed-use development including the Class-A office building, The Roxboro, a 202,000 urban office and life science center featuring state-of-the-art lab space capabilities, sky deck lounge, fitness, and conference center.
