In April 2015, Trinity Capital purchased Perimeter Park and three additional Raleigh-area buildings in partnership with Starwood Capital Group and Vanderbilt Partners as part of the $1.1 billion Duke Realty acquisition. Raleigh’s Perimeter Park is a master-planned development with 21 office buildings totaling 2,661,624 square feet of space. The Park features the area’s most modern new office buildings, Perimeter 1 – 4, with development opportunities for three additional buildings, Perimeter 5 – 7.
