In January of 2008, Trinity Capital Advisors delivered a speculative 150,000 SF warehouse building in Westlake Business Park. The building offered industrial tenants a true Class A, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in the heart of the South Charlotte industrial market. In March of 2010, Trinity Capital Advisors signed a full building lease for this asset. Trinity Partners’ project management team handled construction administration.
