Trinity Capital Announces Two New Leases at the Linville Building in Perimeter Woods

February 24, 2010

Trinity Capital announced today that it has signed leases with two new tenants totaling over 3,200 square feet on the first floor of The Linville Building. Perimeter Woods will serve as the home of Still & Company LLP’s Corporate Office, as well as the U.S. Headquarters for TrainingFolks U.S., Inc.

The 125,000 square foot Linville Building is the first of three office buildings planned as part of the overall Perimeter Woods master plan. The project includes 310,000 square feet of retail amenities, and is complemented by an additional 1.2 million square feet of retail located within walking distance at the NorthLake Mall.

Still & Company LLP is a full-service accounting firm that provides counsel for both individuals and businesses. Still & Company’s Founding Partner, David Still, MBA, CPA, said his firm chose The Linville Building “because of access to and by clients located in all areas of Charlotte, as well as those in the outlying areas so easily accessed by I-485 & I-77. Although we are currently a small local firm, we do have international clients who appreciate the proximity to the airport, and I just wish The Linville Building had been here 30 years ago.”

TrainingFolks U.S., Inc is a performance consulting firm that provides services to their clients through Contract Training, Management Training, and their new E-Learning program. The company has several worldwide locations including London, England, and their Corporate Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario.

Charles Jonas, Managing Director, and John Ball of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in both lease transactions, with Caren Wingate of the Wingate Advisory Group, LLC representing Still & Company in the firm’s relocation.

Sherrie Chaffin of Trinity Partners’ Project Management Division has been contracted to oversee the design and construction of both tenants’ suites, with Beth Machen of the Machen Advisory Group, Inc. providing Construction Supervision for Still & Company.

“The addition of our two newest tenants helped close out a strong end to the fourth quarter of 2009 with regard to leasing activity at The Linville Building and we are excited that tenants are recognizing the quality and value of the project,” said Charles Jonas. “We look forward to continued success in 2010 and sharing the Perimeter Woods story with our future tenants.”
