Sean McKinley, Acquisitions, Underwriting

At Trinity Capital, Mr. McKinley’s responsibilities include acquisitions, underwriting, structuring, and due diligence related to the firm’s investment activities. Previously, Mr. McKinley worked at Laureate Capital in Raleigh, assisting in the structuring and origination of financing facilities in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and office sectors. Mr. McKinley has also worked with Deloitte & Touche as a senior tax consultant, and he holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and Master’s degrees in accounting and real estate development from UNC Charlotte and M.I.T. respectively.
