David Allen, Partner

As co-founder of Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen has worked in the real estate industry since 1985. Prior to co-founding Trinity Partners and Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen worked for CB Richard Ellis for 13 years, where he focused on investment sales and industrial leasing for regional and national institutional owners and tenants. At Trinity Capital, Mr. Allen oversees the firm’s industrial acquisition and development activities. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Allen is married with three children.
