Overview

Trinity Capital Value Fund, LLC (the "Fund") is a $11,500,000 value added real estate opportunity fund that will focus on the development, acquisition, and redevelopment of industrial, office, and commercial properties in the metropolitan areas of North and South Carolina, with an emphasis on the metropolitan markets of Charlotte and Raleigh. Investors will benefit from the diversity offered by a fund invested in multiple properties, each achieving superior risk adjusted returns while being actively asset managed by Trinity Capital.

Fund Manager

The Manager of the Fund is Trinity Capital, LLC, whose principals are David Allen, Gary Chesson, and Peter Conway (www.trinitycapitaladvisors.com). These same individuals are also principals in Trinity Partners, LLC, one of Charlotte's top commercial real estate firms (www.trinity-partners.com).

The principals and associates at Trinity Capital have a combined 60 years experience in development, redevelopment, asset management, leasing, and property management throughout both Carolinas honed with regional and national firms Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Commercial, Lend Lease, Childress Klein Properties, as well as Trinity Partners, a sister company of Trinity Capital. Through Trinity Partners, the principals of Trinity Capital currently asset manage, lease or property manage a portfolio of 7,500,000 square feet of office and industrial properties.
