Trinity Capital Industrial Platform is a value-added real estate investment vehicle focused on developing and acquiring industrial real estate in major southeastern markets.
Trinity Capital Value Fund III, with a projected total capitalization of $300 million, is a value-added real estate fund that is investing in development, acquisition, and redevelopment of industrial, office, and mixed-use properties in NC, SC, VA, GA, and TN. With its partners, the fund will acquire or develop up to $400 million of assets, and will target direct, co-invest, joint-venture and majority-equity investment opportunities in workplace real estate in the metropolitan areas of the states identified above. Trinity Capital Value Fund III began investing in the fall of 2011 and became fully invested in the spring of 2015.
Trinity Capital Value Fund II, with total capitalization of $255 million, is a value-added real estate fund that focused on the development, acquisition, and redevelopment of industrial, office, and mixed-use properties. Along with its institutional equity partners, the fund acquired or developed $250 million of assets in the metropolitan areas of North and South Carolina. Trinity Capital Value Fund II began investing in 2008 and made its final investment in the summer of 2011.
Trinity Capital Value Fund I, a real estate opportunity fund with a total capitalization of $45 million, has focused on development, acquisition, and redevelopment of industrial and office assets in North and South Carolina. Trinity Capital Value Fund I invested its equity capital from June of 2005 through June of 2007.
