Investment Criteria

Trinity is currently seeking to make investments in high-quality, well-located Class A and B multi-tenant office and industrial buildings located in established submarkets of primary and secondary cities in North and South Carolina. Trinity will consider both single asset transactions and portfolio transactions involving multiple buildings in these identified locations. Please consider the following criteria:

• 
Minimum asset size of 100,000 rentable square feet

• 
Efficient floor plans, little or no functional obsolescence

• 
Well located, with acceptable leasing or rollover risk

• 
Ideally, assets developed no earlier than 1990

In addition, Trinity is seeking to develop office, industrial and mixed use properties (as a compliment to office developments) throughout these same markets. For these developments, Trinity is seeking undeveloped land in high growth suburban markets throughout North and South Carolina. Trinity has, and will continue to partner with qualified retail and multi-family developers in order to design, develop and deliver the mixed use components of the developments we seek.
